CALENDAR

Ages: 13 – 18

Crusher CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 13-18-year-old athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting* and gymnastics with high-intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance.

Our program will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. CrossFit Teens not only builds strength in the body, but it also strengthens the mind, improves cognitive function, and improves interpersonal communication skills.

If your teenager is already an athlete, our program is designed to take them to the next level by teaching proper mechanics, recovery, movement, nutrition, and flexibility. Crusher CrossFit Teens is ideal for any teenage athlete looking to get the edge over the competition in their chosen sport. We aim to create an all-around athlete that will excel in any sport or physical task life throws their way and avoid overuse injuries that are common when teens only participate in sport-specific training.

If your teen is not an athlete, our program is guaranteed to help them establish healthy lifestyle habits, and convert them from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active, prolific one.

Whether your teen is looking for a stand-alone strength and conditioning program, or additional training to supplement their sport-specific training, Crusher CrossFit Teens is committed to helping them achieve their goals in a fun and supportive environment surrounded by their peers.

*weightlifting movements include, but are not limited to front, back, & overhead squats; press, push press & push jerk; deadlift & sumo deadlift high pull; clean & snatch; thrusters.

TEEN CLASS TIMES

Space is limited to ensure you get the attention you deserve. Our Teen membership is a punch-card style. You purchase 16 punches at a time and use them in a way that works best for your schedule within 3 months.

CrossFit Teens

$140 This plan is for those who are the only Crusher Athlete in the household, if other family members are athletes check out the family plan.
    • 16 classes

CrossFit Teens Family

$126 You must have imediate Family Members in the Adult CrossFit program to select this option
    • 16 classes

Ages: (10-12)

CrossFit PreTeens teaches the fundamentals of barbell movements beginning with the use of a PVC pipe and light training bars. Movements are practiced at light loads. The focus is building a solid foundation of movement. An athlete that consistently demonstrates good mechanics will begin working with progressively heavier loads in very small increments at well-below max-effort levels.

Structured classes last 30 minutes.

Each class includes Whiteboard, Warm-Up, Skill, Workout, and Game or Challenge.

PRETEEN CLASS TIMES

Space is limited to give the childeren the attention they deserve, sign up soon! Our Preteen membership is a punch-card style. You purchase 16 punches at a time and use them in a way that works best for your schedule within 3 months.

CrossFit Preteens

$88 This plan is for those who are the only Crusher Athlete in the household, if other family members are athletes check out the family plan.

CrossFit Preteens Family

$80 You must have imediate Family Members in the Adult CrossFit program to select this option.

CrossFit PreSchool Ages: (3-5)

Play IS the work of childhood. Our CrossFit Preschool program is designed to teach 3-5-year-olds basic movements with exceptional form while having a really great time doing it.

Structured classes last 30 minutes.

Each class includes Whiteboard, Skill, Warm-Up, Workout, and Game time!

CrossFit Kids Ages: (6-9)

CrossFit Kids expands the foundational movements of CrossFit at an age-appropriate level and load. This age is still about having fun while working hard.
